It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guadalupe Castaneda (Hargill, Texas), who passed away on December 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Manuela Sr and Blas Castaneda Sr.; and his sister Maria Dominguez. He is survived by : his wife Hermelinda Castaneda of Hargill; his children, Alfredo Castaneda (Ida Lee) of Edinburg, Adan Castaneda (Marissa) of Arlington, Aaron Castaneda of Hargill, Adolfo Castaneda of Cincinnati, Ohio, Belia Cerda (Juan Antonio Jr.) of Mission, Nora Kereliuk (Rodney) of Dublin and Beatrice Jimenez (Tim) of Donna; and his siblings, Blas Castaneda Jr. of New Mexico and Corina Olivarez of Hargill. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
