She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Edward and Lula Mae Cosper Hartman; her husband Louis Angel; and her children, Michael Louis Angel and Cheryl Louise Angel Cooley.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Angel-Watford; her son-in-law Stephen Watford; her son Harold Angel (Elizabeth "Red" Angel); and her grandson James Cooley. She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, and cousins and friends.
