She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Mitchell and Juel Mitchell; her sister Marjorie Peterson; and her sons, Robert and Gregory.

She is survived by : her husband John; her son Richard; her sister Sandra Matthews; and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jamie, Jeremy, Richard, Clifford and Lindsey.
