He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Gordon Barnes III (Kim), Patrick Barnes, Erik Barnes (Kieu), Marquette Barnes, Stacy West (Eric) and Alyce Troche (Rodolfo); his siblings, Wilbert Barnes (Lynette), Dwight Barnes (Eloma) and Patricia Farmer; his aunt Minnie Barnes-Slaughter (John); and his extended family, Saints and Friends. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews.
