He is survived by: his wife Paula Kay; his daughters, Hailey Renee and Hollie Leigh; his grandchildren, Lillian, Luke, Harry, Hunter and Zara; and his siblings, Patricia Ethridge, Billy, John, Michael and David Ethridge.
