He is survived by : his parents, Julian Aguilar and Victoria Aguilar; and his siblings, Edith Perez (Moses), Erika Aguilar (David Martinez), Victoria Chavarria (Salvador), Julian Aguilar (Paula Hernandez) and Rafael Aguilar (Raizzilyn). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 6:30 PM and on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (1509 New Combes Hwy, Harlingen, TX 78550).
