She was predeceased by: her parents, Onieta Green and Donald Green; and her uncle Edward Green. She is survived by: her husband Luke P. Oliver; her sibling's children, Teresa Duveneck (Steve), Donald Wilson (Laura), Chase Wilson, David Wilson, Clay Duveneck, Lee Duveneck and Jason Oliver (Michelle); and her brother-in-law Frank Oliver.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home (1400 E Business 77, San Benito, TX 78586).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Marian's memory to Friends of the Harlingen Public Library, 410 '76 Drive, Harlingen, Texas 78550.
