She was predeceased by: her parents, Natividad Garibay and Francisca Garibay; her siblings, San Juanita Casillas, Minvera Garibay, Anna Maria Garibay and Natividad Garibay Jr.; and her son Gabriel Flores.
She is survived by: her husband Tomas Flores; her children, Tom M. (Blanca) and Monica (Javier); her grandchildren, Thomas Aaron, Brandon Ian, Shawn Ryan (Ecclesia), Cynthia Cristene (Adrian), Caleb Adam (Valerie), Jesse Rey and Kayla Nicole (Jorge); her great grandchildren, Zailyn, Zariah, Zakary, Sophia and Mateo; and her siblings, Rolando Garibay, Diana De La Cruz (Chemo), Edna Garibay (Pete) and Bonnie Garibay (Tino). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 7:00 AM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A prayer was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM. A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
