He is survived by: his children, Jessica Martinez of Dallas, TX, Carlos Martinez (Helen) of Harlingen, TX, Tommy Rosales of Dallas, TX, Ashley Rosales of Dallas, TX, Bianca Rosales of Harlingen, TX, Rico Rosales of Harlingen, TX and Candice Rosales of Dallas, TX; and his siblings, Rebeca Puga (Felipe), Miguel Rosales (Elizabeth), Ricardo Rosales (Paula), Sandra Garza (Alfredo, Jr.) and Rolando Rosales (Enedelia).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Restlawn Memorial Park (14166 US-83 BUS, La Feria, TX 78559).
