We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2021, at the age of 81, Richard Schroeder of Harwood, Texas, born in Gonzales, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schroeder and Julia Vacker Schroeder; and his sister Barbara Schroeder Harsch. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Schroeder of Harwood; his sisters, Joyce Harris of Gonzales, LaVerne Davis of Waelder and Betty Schroeder of Waelder; and his sister-in-law Jo Nell Pick of Gonzales. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to: The Thompsonville Cemetery Association or the Delhi Volunteer Fire Department.
