He was predeceased by : his father John David Tuggle (Jo Ann Ross); his grandparents, John Henry, Rachel Wyatt Tuggle, Wilson Ted Ross, G. E. "Buddy" and Oline Williams Ross Baker; and his brother Douglas Wayne Tuggle.

He is survived by : his mother Jo Ann Ross Tuggle; his sister Pamela Jo Tuggle Walrath (Bill Walrath); and his nieces and nephews, Lacey Yates, Hayley Yates Franklin (Victor), Matthew Walrath, David Walrath (Orianna), Hannah Grant and Rebekah Botts (Shawn).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Glen D. Tuggle Alumni Scholarship Texas Wesleyan University 1201 Wesleyan Street.
