She was predeceased by : her father Charles. She is survived by : her former life partner Philip Kent Smith; her caregiver Kim; her husband Brian Lonergan; her son Philip "Blake" Smith; and her stepsons, Jason, Joel, Aaron, Andy, Brendan and Hayden Lonergan. She is also survived by 8 grandkids, 5 great grandkids and her sister, Lisa Downs Dickison and 2 nephews, and 7 great nieces and nephew.
