She was predeceased by: her father Ramon C. Medina. She is survived by: her husband John Dove Hagerty; her mother Delfina Medina; her siblings, Lisa Tucker and Raul Medina (Mary); and her children, Ryan Vasquez (Jennie), Marcus Vasquez (Erica), Julian Vasquez, Desiree German (Jake) and Andrea Herrera (Joe).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Castle Ridge Mortuary N (10901 W. Loop 1604 North, San Antonio, TX 78023). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Castle Ridge Mortuary North (10901 W. Loop 1604 North, San Antonio, TX 78023).
