She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Will and Daisy Taylor; her mother Myrtle Keith; her former husband Melvin "Buddy" Bowtwell; and her brother Virgil Mixon.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Brown; her children, Shannon Vincent (Larry Vincent) of Milam, Gene Reynolds (Sabrina Williams) of Buna, Fred Reynolds (Lisa Peters) of Beaumont, Allen Reynolds of Hemphill and Angel Lambeth (Shannon Lambeth) of Bay Minette, Alabama.; her pet Walter; her caregiver Tina Vincent; and her godchildren, Jennifer and Elijah Vickers. She is also survived by one of eleven siblings.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Starr Funeral Home (510 Starr St, Hemphill, TX 75948). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Starr Funeral Home Chapel (510 Starr St, Hemphill, TX 75948). A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the Hemphill Cemetery (211 Starr St, Hemphill, TX 75948).
