He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Shannon Brandon and Arthur Brandon; his wife Mary Ann Brandon; his son-in-law Calvin Cryer, Jr.; and his granddaughter Melinda DeGregory.
He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Crim (Steve) of Whitehouse and Gina Cryer of Wildwood; his grandson Brandon Crim (Lauren) of New Braunfels; his children, Casey Crim (Jessica) of Whitehouse, Colby Crim of Whitehouse, Calvin M. Cryer III of Hardin, Missy Graham (Glenn) of Evadale, Melanie Strong (Eric) of Kingsland and Megan Mayeux of San Antonio; his great grandchildren, Keaton Crim, Kennedy Crim, Georgia Crim, Memphis Crim, Nicole Reeves (Kevin), Stephanie Glover (Mark), Richard Cryer, Brandi Bolin (Trevor), Courtney Welder (Harris), Mitch Ballard (Hope), Michael Ballard (Cassie), Lane Dorr, Mason Jones (Abby), Madelynn Jones, Cole Jones (Lexie) and Matthew Mayeux; and his sister Willie Lou Monden of Dublin. He is also survived by thirteen great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wildwood Baptist Church (100 Wildwood Dr, Wildwood, TX 77663). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wildwood Baptist Church (98 Wildwood Dr, Wildwood, TX 77663). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Lakewood Memorial Park.
