She was predeceased by : her parents, Zoy Gunter and Frankie Gunter (Blanscett); her brother Mouaton Gunter; and her grandchildren, Baileigh and Hayden Lynn.

She is survived by : her husband Mike Castle of Shannon, Texas; her daughters, Angie Lynn (Brandon) of Wichita Falls and Michelle Castle of Gainesville, Texas; her grandchildren, Hunter, Breanna, Jayson Castle (Kelli) and Katie Castle; her great grandchild Brynlee Gail Castle; and her siblings, Zoy Gunter, Jr. (Glenna) of Pampa, Loy Gunter (Marda) of Benbrook, Texas, Billie Jackson (Delton) of Wichita Falls, Janice Smith (Roland) of Wichita Falls, Betty Nix (James) of Wichita Falls, Loretta Elenburg (Bryan) of Runaway Bay and Velta Ann Bird (Ray).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (316 S Bridge St, Henrietta, TX 76365). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 16th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel (316 S Bridge St, Henrietta, TX 76365).
