It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Leland Shelton of Hereford, Texas, born in Taft, California, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Olin Shelton and Thelma Shelton; his wife Mary Patton of Hereford; his sons, Terry (Sandy) of Hereford and Jeff (Kim) of Crockett; his grandchildren, Jessica (Nathan), Tanner (Whitney), Raegan (Ryan), Peyton, Teagan (Sydney) and Macie; his great grandchildren, Sonen, Cora, Wesley and Lyla; and his siblings, Jerry (Beth) of Tulia, Laquita Griffith, Melba Conard and Donald Shelton. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
