It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Self (Hereford, Texas), born in Tuttle, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 29, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Jackson and Opal Mae Self (Anderton); and his siblings, Leon Self and Lucile Bolinger. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Self of Hereford; his children, Brent Self (Sharon) of Dimmitt, Jenness Rogers (Russell) of Harper and Tori Self of Amarillo; his siblings, Leroy Self of Merkel, Texas, David Self (Carol) of Hadlock, Joe Self (Suzanne) of Lubbock and Audrie Stowers of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren, Tanner Self (Allison), Shantell Williams (Colby), Tucker Self (Thelma), Macie Rogers, Scott Hawkins and Stephanie Crabtree; and his great grandchildren, Braden Self, Emery Self, Cainen Williams, Dalton Self and Rylan Self.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be given to a favorite charity.
