He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Francisca Ontiveros, Gracie Manning and Roy Manning; his cousins, Anthony Ontiveros, Jr., Peter Martinez and Elizabeth Martinez; his great-grandparent Dora of Montana; his uncles, Eddie Carrillo and Ricardo of Montana; and his great-grandparent Rafael Carrillo, Sr..
He is survived by : his parents, Rafael, III and Ashley Carrillo of Hereford, Texas; his siblings, Esiah Carrillo of Hereford, Texas, Ezariah Martinez of Hereford, Texas, Eli Carrillo of Hereford, Texas and Elliana Carrillo of Hereford, Texas; and his grandparents, Jerry, Amelia Van of Hereford, Texas, Rafael, Jr. (Isabel Carrillo) and Thelma Carrillo (Jesus Gonzalez). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
