It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Fitzgerald of Hereford, Texas, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Noble Willier and Anna Ruth Willier (Parker); her son Alton Winston Short; and her sisters, Mary Decker and Doris Burgess.

She is survived by : her children, Greta Short of Hereford and Chad Fitzgerald of Cedar Hill, Texas; her grandchildren, Eric Short, Kate Short, Cody Phommyvong and Colby Phommyvong; and her brothers, Glen Willier of Killeen and Jack Willier (Rita) of Chicago. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
