She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Earl Vickers and Lillie Ollie Shoaf; her stepfather R. L. Shoaf; her brothers, Carl Earl Vickers and Jm Lee Vickers; her husband William Henry Thomas, Jr.; and her son William Allen Thomas.
She is survived by : her daughter Donna Kay Gutierrez; her grandchildren, Becky Kay Fikes, Aimee Melissa Munn (Chip) and John Thomas Fikes; and her great grandchildren, Harry Clark Munn III and Andrea. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
