Linnie Virgene Broumley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2025, at the age of 89, Linnie Virgene Broumley of Hico, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Junius Virgil and Linnie Gilmore Watkins (Farmer); her husband Jim Broumley; her brother Scotty; her sister-in-law Evlyn Broumley; and her siblings, Homer Tally, Kathryn Watkins and Cora Laurice Tally.
She is survived by: her children, David Broumley (Brenda), Cheryl Horton (Johnny), Keith Broumley (Dana) and Jody Broumley (Karen); and her grandchildren, Jessie Horton, Justin Broumley (Lori), Chance Broumley (Katie), Cassie Horton, Sy Broumley, Dusty Broumley (Ashley), Kolton Broumley (Samantha) and Josey Jackson (Logan). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Fosters Home for Children, 1779 N. Graham Street.
