She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Dove and Faye Dove; and her husband Loyd Cook. She is survived by: her children, Judy Andrew (Steve) of Amarillo, TX, Philip Cook (Chris) of Sun City, AZ, Barbara Hern (Tim) of Lincoln, MO, Dale Cook (Misty) of Allen, TX, Anne Baldwin (Carl) of Mansfield, TX and Leah Parish (Danny) of Winnsboro, TX; and her sister Mary Howard of Fort Worth, TX. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
