She was predeceased by: her parents, James Odell Owens and Katie Eliza Coward-Owens; her husband Richard Neal; her daughter Elizabeth Neal; her granddaughters, Andrea and Alexis Neal; her siblings, Jim Owens and Madge Stephens; and her close friend Paulette Aiken.
She is survived by: her son Richard Eugene Neal Jr. A; her grandchildren-in-law, Jessica Neal (Daniel Boston), Cameron Neal (Catherine) and Colby Neal (Edith); her great grandchildren, Jayden, Jayce, Jaylani Neal, Amelia, Kade and Morgan Boston; her nephew Jimmy Owens; and her grandchildren, Adley Compton, Paula Frank, Kristina Tyler, Reginald Tyler, Allahjah Brown, Sean Wilkins, Gladys Frank and Adrian Frank.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sterling-White Funeral Home & Cemetery (11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd, Highlands, TX 77562). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
