She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Hawkins (Robin) of Georgia, Lynda Hawkins (David Langham) of Arizona, Carolyn Hawkins of Arkansas and Karen McFadden (Jody) of Arkansas; her siblings' children, Joshua McFadden (Tiffany), Matthew McFadden (Meredith) and Lauren Pate; and her friends, Susan Moenning and Terry Gorden.
