He is survived by: his wife Lynn Lize Lebow; his children, Carmon (Anthony Zuniga) and Bryce Matthew Lebow; his father Reuel Parks Lebow Jr. (Brenda); and his siblings, Chris Wallace (Kimberly) and Nickie (Sandro Alfaro). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
