She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Currie and Jullie Starns Currie; her husband Charles Frank Frazer, Jr.; her son Charles Frank Frazer, III; her grandson Stephen Jay Frazer; and her sister Mary York.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Blackburn and Neal Frazer (Debbie Frazer); her grandchildren, Anthony Blackburn, Melissa Frazer and Kellie Martin; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Blackburn, Madalynn Blackburn, Adrian Roscom, Julian Roscom, Morgan Roscom, Alex Roscom, Emma Roscom, Lily Martin, Paisley Martin and Devin Martin; and also, Jessica Olivares (Sergio Olivares), Gabriel Olivares and Benjamin Olivares. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Earthman Funeral Home (3919 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sterling-White Cemetery (11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd, Highlands, TX 77562).
