We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2025, at the age of 43, Courtenay Hamilton (Hillsboro, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Courtenay had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Courtenay may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hillsboro Junior High School (210 E Walnut St, Hillsboro, TX 76645).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Courtenay Hamilton Scholarship Fund. Donations can be made in person at the Celebration of Life event hosted at the Hillsboro Junior High at 3:00 PM on October 16th or mailed to HISD Business Office at 121 E. Franklin Street, Hillsboro TX 76645.
