She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Robertson and Alpha Lorene Robertson (Fortenberry); and her son Robert Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Jackie D. Chestnut; her children, Tammie Wilson, David Wilson, Renea Fields (Kenneth), Sasha Chestnut and Blaine Chestnut (Brianna); and her grandchildren, Tamra Wilson, Christian Poindexter (Cecila), Tyler Wilson (Heather), Felicia Kuykendall (Timothy), Cristal Chestnut, Chelsea Wilson Hoang and Tiffany Wilson Mason. She is also survived by twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors (2495 Corsicana Hwy, Hillsboro, TX 76645). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Shiloh Cemetery (7810 Shiloh Rd, Midlothian, TX 76065).
