In the sacred silence of farewell, Travis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Travis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Farquhar and Allie Mae Farquhar; his sister Linda Upchurch; his former wife Dot Farquhar; and his son Rob Farquhar.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Farquhar; his brother Larry Farquhar (Kay); and his sons, Ken Farquhar (Karon), Tom Farquhar (Tracy), John Wayne and Michael Prescott. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors (2495 Corsicana Hwy, Hillsboro, TX 76645). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Itasca Cemetery.
