She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Buchhorn and Dora Buchhorn (Hayman); and her brother Gordon Buchhorn. She is survived by: her sisters, Judy Buchhorn Bales (Matt) and Angi Buchhorn Kirk (Ken); her children, Karey Gibson DeVries and Kevin Gibson (Amber); her grandchildren, Preslie, Aidan, Evan, Parker, Karter and Kaycee; and her siblings' children, Wesley, Amy, Tim, Kelly, Brian, Jeremy, Ryan and Sara.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (851 Farm to Market 517 Rd W, Dickinson, TX 77539). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery (7301 Memorial St, Hitchcock, TX 77563).
