He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Henry Froehner and Betty Jackson Froehner; his brother Michael Froehner (Patricia Froehner); his sons, Donovan Getz and Jay Don Froehner (Erin); his stepdaughters, Donna Palmer and Diane White; his grandchildren, Everett, Maddox, Kimmy, Lauren, Jody, Courtney, Lindsey and Jamie; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Mckynna and Parker.
A committal service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
