She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Price and Jeanne Price. She is survived by: her husband Otis Lewis, Jr.; her children, Trey C. Lewis, York L. Lewis and Roxanne Lewis; her siblings, Joseph E. Price and Linda S. Morrow; and her grandsons, Austin Martin and Tyler Martin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
