Billings and Velma Rose Rihn Billings; his wife Annette Mumme Billings; his children, Stephanie Lynn Moye and Justin John Billings (Lauren) of Hondo; his grandchildren, Dustin, Caylee, John Moye and Emilia Morales; his siblings, Judy Schiwitz (Dennis) of Lockhart, Cissy Arlene Skinner of Lockhart, Jerry Billings (Jeanette) of San Antonio and Scott Billings (Laura) of Hondo; his sister-in-law Nancy Billings of Castroville; and his stepmother Barbara Billings of Hondo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces.
