It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zulma Elizabeth Avila of Horizon City, Texas, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Elsa Scobell. She is survived by : her husband Oscar Steven Avila; her children, Desiree Elizabeth Avila and Jonathan Steven Avila; her father Felipe Scobell Sr.; and her brothers, Felipe Scobell Jr. and Ruben Salas.
