She is survived by: her daughter Jaqueline; her grandchildren, Dylan Schaffwer, Ashley Sims, Stephanie Sims, Zachary Schaffer, Josh and Gerad Schaffer; her brothers, Andre Burick and Raoul Burick; her siblings-in-law, Robert Van Hauwaert and Patricia Burick; her son-in-law Lee Sims; and her siblings' children, Steve Burick (Christopher Burick), Sandra Van Hauwaert, Stephanie Burick Herpoel and Cindy Vanhauwen.
