He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Colvin Hill; his parents, Andrew Elsbury Hill and Mary Frances Allen Hill; and his grandson Zachary Womack. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Stanley (Robert), Margaret Womack, Andrew J. Hill (Mary Lynne), Catherine Hill, Michael (Dena), Teresa Flannery (Brian), David Hill (Jennifer) and Susan Iwanski (Edward); and his siblings, Annette Sofka (Paul), Roy Hill (Diana) and John Hill (Caren). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, one great-grandson.
