She was predeceased by : her parents, Linda Rosa, and Rudy De La Rosa, Sr.; and her grandparents, Piedad, Frank De La Rosa, Angelita and Julio Cabasos.

She is survived by : her daughter Yasmine De La Rosa; her siblings, Rudy De La Rosa Jr., Frank De La Rosa and Julie De La Rosa; her nieces, Lauren and Kristen De La Rosa; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth De La Rosa. She is also survived by numerous cousins and many lifelong friends.
