She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomas Green and Clementine Elizabeth Martin; and her son Kerry Steven Chalk. She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Chalk (Elena), Tammy Lynne Curry (Chuck) and Stacey Renee Wilcox (Mike); her grandchildren, Nicolas Kerry Chalk, Kevin Wilcox, Katelyn Wilcox and Rachel Chalk; her great grandchild Sienna Chalk; her sister Janice Raney (Matt); and her aunt Helen Martin-Simon. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
