We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2024, at the age of 78, Ariel Leibovitz of Houston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sima Leibovitz and Reuven Leibovitz; and his sister Shouna Artsiely. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his daughter Tracy Irvine (Jamie Irvine); his granddaughter Harper Gray; and his nieces, Donna Sapolin, Diane Portman, Sharon Dvoretzky and Roni Yoeli.

“For over 60 years, whenever I saw Ariel, I got a very warm smile and greeting. I'll miss that very much. I'll also miss Ariel at the bridge table, the Thanksgiving table, and whenever I'll think of our long friendship. I'll continue to think about his sense of humor, which I enjoyed greatly.
