He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rodriguez and Trinidad Lizcano Rodriguez; and his wife Elva Morua Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Maria Catalina Rodriguez Sotelo, Elvia Rodriguez Trevino, Jesus Valdemar Rodriguez Sotelo and Guadalupe Baldemar Rodriguez Jr.; and his sister San Juana Rodriguez.
