He is survived by: his sisters, Adeline "Cutie" Sims (Tim) of Lake Jackson, Susan Radley (Gary) of El Campo, Karen Schmermund of El Campo and Camille "Cammy" Janik (Dale) of Sugar Land; his siblings' child Jaime Zwahr (Amy); his niece Stephanie Hastings; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas, Garrett, Clint Radley (Janie), Meredith, Madelyn, Heath Radley (Cori), Taylor Radley (Jessica), Dr. Brooke Dorotik (Chad), Brandie Bodungen (Derrick), Britni Key (William), Jourdan Janik (Monica) and Courtlan Janik (Shelby); Zacary, Owen, Clair, Tristan, Taylor "Buddy", Jr., Gunnar, Myatt, Lyndon, William, Adeline, Emilie, Kate, Adde, Clare, Bennet, Emma, Carson and Pierce.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that Masses be offered for Buddy to either St Phillip the Apostle Catholic Church in El Campo, St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Lake Jackson, or St Laurence Catholic Church in Sugar Land.
