It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernie Berman (Houston, Texas), who passed away on June 7, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Anna Berman and Dave Berman; and his brother Morton (Marty). He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Bumar Berman; his children, Cynthia Riddle (John) and Mark (Rocio Lilliana); his sister Susie Abramson; his sister-in-law Ruthe Berman; and his grandchildren, Ian Riddle, Garret, Emily and Sam Berman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to one of his favorite charities: the Ronald Brochstein Early Childhood Fund at Temple Emanu El in Houston, TX, Toys for Tots or the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
