She was predeceased by: her parents, Hickman Garrett and Bessie Hoover Garrett; her son John Arthur Neath Jr.; her husband Scott Haltom; her stepson Scott Haltom; her grandson Christopher Card; and her siblings, Hickman Garrett Jr. and Betty Arthur.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Neath Card and Betsy Neath Adair; her son-in-law Gary Adair; her stepson Steve (Mary Ann); her grandchildren, Heather Ferguson, Shane Haltom, Sarah Mirelles, Katie Barnhart, Lindsey McElligott, Shannon Neath, Melissa Gibson, Nicholas Adair and Scott Adair; Scott Haltom and Steve Haltom. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
