He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mullenix; his sons, Michael (Veronica Mullenix) and Craig (Sonia Mullenix); his grandchildren, Aaron, Carly Mullenix, Edison, Brian Kneeland, Helen Mullenix and Steven Mullenix; and his great grandchildren, Verity, Juliette and Rosalie. He is also survived by his family and his friends.
