It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl H. Nordstrand of Houston, Texas, who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl H. Nordstrand to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Nordstrand and Arthur Nordstrand; and his siblings, Arthur, Elray, Sigvald, Mary Sharpless, Martha "June" Nordstrand, Joy Angela "Angel" Smith, Marie Strandberg and Symova "Jean" Baxter.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Caspell Nordstrand; his siblings, Nell Cox and Victor; his children, Paula Kay Sabrsula, Linda Sue Nordstrand and Carl Michael "Joe" Nordstrand (Monica); his grandchildren, Justin Sabrsula, Kathryn Sabrsula, Leif and Cyrus Nordstrand; and his great grandchild Miguel Sabrsula. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of customary remembrances, and for those desiring, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in his name be directed to the charity of choice.
