It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jane Gernand of Houston, Texas, born in Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Davis Hill and Faye Jordan Hill; her sister Jo Ann Hill Chapman; her brother-in-law Joseph Chapman; and her husband A. B. Moses.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Faye Donahue of Waller, G. Lynn Cowles (Kevin) of Owasso and Phyllis Lynn Dugan (David) of Skiatook, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jared Donahue, Tim Macrae (Angela), Natalie Macrae, Shauna Lane (Will) and Daniel Dugan; her great grandchildren, Connor Donahue, Mackenzie Dearinger, Madison, Ivy Lane, Max Macrae, Kellen Benson and Diem Cato; her nephew Greg Chapman (Sherie) of Tomball, Texas; and her friend Carole Wilson of Tyler, Texas..
