He was predeceased by: his father Jim LaMantia. He is survived by: his mother Lois LaMantia; his son Chad Michael; his wife Jan; his son Ricky; his sister Michelle (Larry Willoughby); and his parents-in-law, Dick and Dody Huber. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, many special friends.
