He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Joseph Kelly and Hulda Ann Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Barbara June Kelley; his sons, Charles D. Adams, MD (Connie), Clarence Lee Kelly, Jr. (Clancy) and David Timothy Kelly (Tim); his grandchildren, Paxton Adams, Nathan Adams, Kylan Kelly, Krista Kelly Melancon and Kara Kelly Arevalo (Israel); his great grandchildren, Trenton Guzman, Kaila, Kylan Kelly, Ryker and Beck Melancon; and his great great grandchild Bellamy Guzman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a vast extended family that lovingly refer to him as "grandpa".

In lieu of flowers, military donations are welcomed.
