We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 70, Colette Slocum Hazel of Houston, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Blake G. Slocum and Barbara Vaughn Slocum. She is survived by: her brother Tommy Blake Slocum (Susan); and her sibling's children, Tommy B. Slocum Jr., Deanne Zaleski and Traci Huss (Adam).

In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to "Second Loves Kids" at Second Baptist Church Houston in memorial was requested.
